libbtbb0 software package provides Bluetooth baseband decoding library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbtbb0
libbtbb0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbtbb0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbtbb0 *
You will get with libbtbb0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
